The Office of University Advancement is proud to partner with dedicated campus colleagues and a global network of volunteers in engaging our loyal community of BC Alumni, Parents and Friends. Our work is grounded in the mission of 糖心Vlog and guided by these four core values:

We inspire alumni, parents, and friends to establish BC as a priority in their lives and to support its academic and societal mission as a Jesuit, Catholic university.

We secure philanthropic resources that fuel the work of our faculty and students and enable the University to realize its fullest potential.

We foster a culture of inclusion and mutual respect, working as men and women for others in the Jesuit, Catholic tradition.

Based on a fundamental Jesuit tenet of developing the whole individual, University Advancement is large enough to benefit from many campus resources, yet small enough to be agile and creative in supporting all associates. We offer a variety of roles across fundraising, operations, and alumni and donor engagement. We invest in the professional growth of every associate, value a culture of inclusion and belonging while actively promoting team members who contribute to the success of University Advancement.
