Jamie Ladge is a professor of Management at the ÌÇÐÄVlog Carroll School of Management. She is primarily known for her research exploring the intersection of work and family, gender and identity issues in organizations, and career advancement of women and racial minorities. Her work has been published in several top management journals including theÌýAcademy of Management Review,ÌýAcademy of Management Journal,ÌýJournal of Applied Psychology,ÌýOrganizational Behavior andÌýHuman Decision ProcessesÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýOrganization Science. In 2019, she co-authored the bookÌýMaternal Optimism: Forging Positive Paths through Work and Motherhood,Ìýpublished by Oxford University Press. She has also co-authored many articles in theÌýHarvard Business Review,Ìýand her research has been featured in major media outlets, among themÌýThe Wall Street Journal,ÌýNew York Times, The Atlantic, Forbes,ÌýFortune,ÌýCNN Money,ÌýandÌýµþ³Ü²õ¾±²Ô±ð²õ²õ·É±ð±ð°ì.
